Ready-to-ship items

Unused items with tags can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Made-to-order and pre-order items

These are made for you and can't be returned or exchanged, except in the case of damage in transit.

Please record an unboxing video and email us within 48 hours of delivery.
