The piece is crafted for you after you place your order. The expected time is shown on the product page.
How do pre-orders work?+
You pay now to reserve a piece from an upcoming collection. It ships from the date shown on the product page.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Made-to-order pieces can't be cancelled once work has begun.
Shipping
Do you ship to Malaysia?+
Yes! Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit when you choose Malaysia, and you can pay with FPX, GrabPay or card.
How can I track my order?+
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also see it in your account.
Care
How should I care for silk sarees?+
Dry clean only for the first wash. Store folded in a muslin cloth and refold every few months.
